By visiting our website, submitting an inquiry or booking request, or otherwise providing personal information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
This Policy is prepared in accordance with Canada’s federal privacy law (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

Following that link takes you to a hosted payment page operated by our third-party payment processor, where you complete your deposit or final payment directly with that processor, under its own security measures and privacy policy.
Any third-party payment processor we use is responsible for safeguarding the payment information you provide to it. Tavola D’Oro is not responsible for a processor’s own independent security failures, provided we have exercised reasonable care in selecting it.
Tavola D’Oro may use your name, email address, or telephone number to send information about our services, such as promotions, seasonal offerings, or updates, in accordance with CASL. We do so only with your express consent, or implied consent recognized under CASL arising from an existing business or inquiry relationship, such as a recent booking or inquiry.
Every marketing message we send will identify Tavola D’Oro and provide a free and straightforward means of unsubscribing or withdrawing consent. Following an unsubscribe request, we will cease marketing communications within the time required by law.
This Section does not apply to non-marketing communications necessary to respond to your inquiry, confirm your booking, provide a requested quote, or deliver your service.
As part of our services, Tavola D’Oro may photograph or record video of our cart, food displays, and event setups for our portfolio, website, social media, and other marketing materials. These images are primarily focused on our food, cart, and styling, but may incidentally capture you or your guests.
By booking our services, you acknowledge that photography or videography may take place at your event and consent to our reasonable use of the resulting images to promote Tavola D’Oro, unless you tell us otherwise in advance. As the host, we ask that you help make your guests aware that photography may occur. Where you or a guest do not wish to be identifiable in promotional content, please tell us before your event, or contact us afterward using Section 21, and we will remove or blur the relevant image from future use where reasonably possible.
We will not use identifiable images of you or your guests for a purpose unrelated to promoting Tavola D’Oro’s services, or in a misleading way, without separate consent.
